Where do you send orders from?
We mostly ship your order from North Holland in the Netherlands. We send via PostNL.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
We will send your order within 1-2 business days. This usually means that you receive your order the next (working) day. We will keep you informed of the progress and if your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a track and trace code for online tracking of your order.
Why does the box seems to be opened
Occasionally we check models to be complete and in order before sending it.
What’s your return policy
When your not happy with your model plane, order or any part of your experience on our website you can return the plane, at your own expense, in the original packaging within 14 days after receiving it. We’ll refund the costs of the order minus shipping costs when we’ve received the plane. You can find our address here or on the shipping label to use as the return address.
